They direct an entire project through planning, engineering, design, bidding, and construction execution. Their charge – juggling multiple tasks to complete projects according to budget and plan.  BIS Frucon Industrial Services Project Managers assist with directing multiple engineering disciplines and managing the planning process and schedule. They also:

• Assist with needs analysis and planning
• Offer in-depth understanding of project scope and complexity
• Develop detailed construction cost estimates
• Provide value-engineering ideas and recommendations
• Identify / resolve design and construction challenges
• Develop and manage an integrated project schedule (engineering, procurement, construction and start-up)
