Karen Schenkelberg is a 25 year veteran of the construction industry. Working at BIS Frucon Industrial Services since its inception and previously with another subsidiary of the Bilfinger Berger AG group, Fru-Con Construction Corporation, she was the Site Manager for the $280 million dollar Procter & Gamble Olean project managing 150 overhead employees and a peak craft staff of 1,700. This project was completed on a fast-track 13 month schedule executing over 2.6 MM effort hours with no lost time incidents. As always, safety is a primary concern with every project she oversees. Her current position as Operations Manager bestows upon her the responsibility for the overall ownership of the BIS Frucon Industrial Services Inc. organization at the five (5) Procter & Gamble Family Care/Baby Care site locations in Albany, GA; Cape Girardeau, MO; Green Bay, WI; Mehoopany, PA; Oxnard, CA; and the Beauty Care site in Iowa City, IA. Schenkelberg's expertise lies in her ability to maintain master planning as it relates to staffing and construction strategies while maintaining excellent customer relations and client interface.
