 As senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Jeff Koop has responsibilities which include strategic planning, budgeting and financial management, process improvement implementation, business development, and guidance to employees. Prior to the formation of BIS Frucon Industrial Services. in 2008, Koop amassed 33 years experience in the construction industry in various positions while with Fru-Con Construction Corporation, also a member of the Bilfinger Berger AG group, most recently as Business Unit Controller. He spent the first 15 years of his career at numerous project sites throughout the country, gaining experience in accounting, procurement, contract administration, and project business management. His project experience includes work at industrial, process, and energy projects on a cost plus, time & material, and lump sum basis. Koop acquired a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire.
