Carlos Lange has amassed 24 years experience in the construction industry. During his tenure with BIS Frucon Industrial Services as an Operations Manager, and at another subsidiary of the Bilfinger Berger AG group, Fru-Con Construction Corporation, he has been the Site Manager for various paper mill and consumer products plant sites, including juice, coffee, and baby formula projects. Because of his significant experience in implementing effective project controls, change management and constructability systems for the company; he has saved clients millions of dollars on their projects. His current position gives him overall responsibility for four (4) Procter & Gamble Household Care sites in Alexandria, LA; Augusta, GA; Kansas City, KS; St. Louis, MO; and a J.M. Smucker site in Kansas City, MO; as well as various other client projects in the Augusta, GA region. He also serves as BIS Frucon Industrial Services' Supplier Diversity Manager. Lange prides himself on his communication skills and his strong focus on safety which is evident when recently all his job sites achieved one (1) year without a single recordable injury.
